Exchange & Return Policy

At ReeY Boutique, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience and the highest standard of service. As each abaya is custom-made according to your selected preferences, exchanges and returns are only accepted under specific conditions. Kindly review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns are issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

Exchange or Store Credit Eligibility (Subject to Conditions)

Requests for exchange or store credit will only be considered in the following cases, provided clear proof is submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order:

Incorrect order received: The item will be replaced with the correct order or compensated with store credit.
Missing item: The missing piece will be sent, or its value will be credited to the customer’s store balance.
Clear manufacturing defect: Clear photos of the defect must be provided. The item will either be repaired (if possible), replaced, or compensated with store credit.
Incorrect size received: The abaya will be altered to the correct size or replaced with the same design and requested size, subject to availability.

Exchange Processing Time:
Once approved, exchanges will be processed within 14–30 business days from the date the item is received.

Cases Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

Requests submitted after the 24-hour timeframe.
Fabric type not meeting personal preference.
Loose threads are not considered manufacturing defects and can be trimmed without pulling to avoid damage.
Any alteration made to the abaya after delivery.
Damage caused by misuse or washing contrary to the provided care instructions.
Special requests or notes added during ordering cannot be modified after confirmation.
Any customization or design modification to the abaya — such as adding or removing pockets, design changes, or other alterations — makes the item non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
