1. Order Preparation Time

  • Abaya tailoring requires 15–25 business days (excluding Fridays and Saturdays).

  • Orders may be completed sooner depending on workload, or may take longer during peak seasons and official holidays.

  • Production time is calculated from the date of payment confirmation.

  • An express delivery option is available for an additional fee and may be requested through customer service, subject to availability.


2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available both within the Kingdom and internationally through trusted carriers such as SMSA and Aramex.

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination.

  • In rare cases, customs duties may be imposed by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.


3. Orders & Modifications Policy

  • Kindly ensure all product details (size, color, design) are accurate before placing your order, as modifications cannot be made after confirmation.

  • All abayas are tailored strictly according to the displayed designs, and the following changes are not permitted:

    • Changing color or fabric type

    • Modifying the design or adding elements

    • Adding or removing pockets

    • Adding snap buttons or any details not listed in the product deion

  • Orders that include special notes will be reviewed. If the request can be accommodated, the customer will be contacted; otherwise, the order will be produced according to the original design.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of payment, as production will have already begun.


4. Abaya Care Instructions

  • To preserve fabric quality and detailing, dry cleaning only at professional cleaners is recommended.

  • Avoid exposure to hot water or direct high-heat ironing to maintain the garment’s structure and finish.


5. Customer Service

  • We are pleased to assist you and respond to your inquiries via WhatsApp or Instagram during official working hours.

  • If you encounter any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and provide clear photos for review.
